Track TOC started with a visit to a doctor's office.
The doctor's desk was literally buried in medical journals; they were stacked so that he only had room for the computer keyboard and an open file folder. Nothing else.
When asked about it, the doctor told me, "These are my to-read piles. I don’t have enough hours in a day to go through the tables of contents to see if there is new data or research.” Research that could impact the day-to-day care of his patients.
On that day, the idea for Track TOC was born. Providing a simple, efficient way for healthcare providers to quickly access tables of contents for the journals that matter, and discover research they weren’t previously aware of – this is what Track TOC does. We don't want to be all things to all peoplewe'd rather do one thing, and do it exceptionally well.
